FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do you have a DBS/CRB check?

    When we arrive for your entertainment, there must be adult supervision present at all times. We are not required to have a DBS check according to their service. You can read about why and all the facts here.

  • Do you perform for charities?

    Yes! I love to support charities, however I cannot provide our services for everyone. I do have charities that are close to my heart that I change every year, and I always offer my charity fees and expenses paid. If you would like to be considered for your charity, please get in touch and I will add you to our list, I will always endeavour to help when I can.

  • Do you dress up?

    Absolutely!
    I come with my very own rainbow dress/skirt to help the kids feel comfortable around me, but if you have a theme you wish for me to dress up in, please get in touch and I will see what I can do!
    Previous themes have included Pokemon, pirate and superheroes.
    I don't however, come as a mascot.

  • Can we have balloons and horns at our party?

    I would prefer you to get the best out of my show by leaving all balloons and noisy instruments until the end of your party. Kids love balloons but they are an easy distraction and I have found that at previous parties I lose the children's attention when balloons are given out due to bursting and banging them on each other! As part of our service to you, we provide balloons at the end of our act free of charge, per child.

  • Can I reserve a date?

    Whilst I reserve dates for you when you make a booking, these are only secure when you pay a deposit, as described in the terms and conditions of your booking form. I get a lot of enquiries and work on a first come, first served basis.

  • What do I do if you are fully booked on the date I require?

    I will either offer you an alternative date that I can do, or provide you other entertainers and face painters that we have worked closely with before to offer you the best service possible. Please note, that if I have given you a quote for my services that these are not a reflection on other local businesses who all charge according to their services.

  • Do you allow bouncy castles at your parties?

    I endeavour to give you value for money with my show and if you book a two hour package, then a bouncy castle is not required. If you do hire one, I ask that it must be switched off whilst I am performing as they are noisy and are distracting to the children.
    I do, however, offer face painting alongside bouncy castles and I number the children so they don't miss their turn with either activities.

  • How do I pay the deposit?

    I accept Paypal, Bank transfer or cash, details sent to you via invoice when you have received the confirmation email.
